-You can track your order by clicking on the link you have received on your mobile number through message or click on Track Order option on the Home Page and track by your order number.

    Why I didn’t receive an email for resetting my password?

     Why there is no cash on delivery option?

-It is not possible to provide a COD option in the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Can I return the products?

-Yes, you can (Please, check the return policy)

    Can I cancel my order?

-Yes, you can cancel your order before we transfer it to our courier partners.

    When do I expect the refund?

-To refund your 100% amount it takes a minimum of 4-5 days, in some cases a week.

    What if my transaction gets failed?

-The amount will be refunded to your bank account.

-1. You need to have a registered shop with the government under proprietorship, Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, LLC, or any other legal registration document.

·    How to add products to the list?

-First, you need to verify your business account by providing Registration & GST documents.

Then you can add products by coping from the other seller or you can create your own products list by filling in the details of the product.
