By placing an order through Lifanso you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to Indian Sellers & Buyers.

 

A. 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lifanso.com or call us at 1800 267 8825. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

C. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. We will appreciate it if you make a video while unpacking the order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@lifanso.com or call us at 1800 267 8825.

 

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

 

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


G. Before Return

          Please consider one more time before returning any product as it cost us and our seller some amount & time. Make sure to take a video while unpacking any order it will easier the returning process for us.



Shipping Policy

This policy applies to domestic (INDIA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from our eCommerce platform, you accept the policies contained herein.

 

A. shipping costs:

We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped domestically.

 

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 5 days (Monday to Sunday). The order cut-off time will be 08:00 PM India Standard Time (Kolkata). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday).

 

C. Delivery Terms:

We use the Delivery Shipping Service to deliver the product.

 

E. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@lifanso.com or

F. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

G. Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
